Self-motivated and ability to innovate.Three or more years of experience in radio or TV.Audio editing experience, understanding of digital audio and radio console operation and related equipment.Bachelor’s Degree in Audio/Visual Communications, Broadcast Communications or related field.Authorized to work in the US legally, without sponsorship.Two or more years of experience in related field.Excellent communications skills both in person and by phone, organized, with a strong and trusted work ethic.Associate’s Degree in Audio/Visual Communications, Mass Media or related field.Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

Technical Skills will be called upon for editing audio segments and running audio boards for talent recording sessions.

May be called on to produce value added and highly creative audio pieces that will enhance the message of other broadcasts – man on street, student testimony interviews, drama, music etc.

Use radio voice-over skills to enhance productions.Write radio promo :15, :30 and :60 on-air creative material.Communicate frequently with management on progress of audio productions, schedules and mentoring progress.Production of daily and/or weekly audio promotions resulting in high quality content for distribution to stations with very tight deadlines.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Professional voice-over skills a plus but not mandatory. This person will possess creative writing skills for radio promo production including talent coaching, and full audio production of the promotional process. Highly self-motivated, creative, biblically trained person to serve as a radio promotional creator, copy writer and voice-talent.
